6th course: Cranberry orange creme brule. House made cranberry/orange compote.

Fox Barrel is PEARfect with food. Here is the menu for the Fox Barrel Cider Brunch at Stanley’s.
The brunch will be held at our new space “Upstairs at Stanley’s” which features 6 draft lines and space for private events that holds upto 120 people.
1st – Mixed Fruit Caprese – Blackberry balsamic Reduction
Black berry, pear, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, mint, blackberry balsamic reduction, olive oil & Fox Barrel Blackberry Pear Cider.
2nd – Fresh Fruit Stuffed Crepe Rhubarb & elderberry maple syrup
Macerated strawberry’s and rhubarb sauted with applewood smoked bacon fat, tossed with goat cheese rolled into a crepe, topped with crispy bacon, goat cheese and a Rhubarb & elderberry maple syrup, citrus whipped cream.
3rd – Smoked Pork Chop with poached egg topped with mulled apple glace
Smoked and grilled Chop. Sauted apples in mulled cider with cream, poaced egg & Fox Barrel Mulled Cider.
4th – Apricot Panna Cotta
Apricot infused panna cotta w/ citrus ginger honey & Fox Barrel Apricot Pear Cider.
